Plain language. What you can expect from this site, and what we ask in return.
General.
Using the Terrace website, including browsing the menu and sending a reservation request or an events inquiry, is subject to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. Using the site means you accept the terms. If any term does not work for you, please do not use the site.
Who we are.

The service on this site.
The site presents information about the restaurant, the menu, and events, and lets you send a table-reservation request or an events inquiry. It is not a point of sale and takes no payment; payment happens at the restaurant. We work to keep the information accurate, but errors, menu changes, and shifts in availability can happen, and nothing on the site is binding beyond what the law requires.
Reservations are requests, not bookings.
When you fill out the reserve form on this site, you're sending us a request. Our team reads it, calls or emails back the same day, and confirms the details. A booking is only final once we confirm it. Until you hear from us, please don't treat the request as a confirmed table.
Cancellation and no-shows.
You can cancel or change a reservation at no cost up to number of hours before the reserved time, by phone or by replying to the confirmation. After that we hold the table, and we ask that you let us know rather than simply not arrive. Large parties and events may carry separate deposit or cancellation terms deposit policy for groups and events, which we set out when we arrange the booking.
House.
We reserve the right to refuse service in line with house rules and reasonable discretion. Outside cakes and other guest-supplied food need prior coordination, dairy only and with a valid kashrut certificate. The full policy is in the events FAQ.
Prices.
Prices on the site and in the menu are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. Prices, dishes, and availability may change from time to time without notice. The price that applies is the one in the restaurant at the time of your visit.
Gift vouchers.
do you sell gift vouchers? Where we offer gift vouchers, their validity, how to redeem them, and the terms that apply will appear on the voucher itself and follow the law.
Marketing email.
We send marketing email (offers, events, a newsletter) only if you have opted in beforehand, in line with section 30A of the Communications Law. Every marketing message carries a simple unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Booking confirmations and operational notices are not marketing and are sent regardless.
Intellectual property.
The site's content, including its text, menu, photography, design, logo, and the name 'Terrace', is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights and belongs to, or is lawfully used by, the restaurant. Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or make commercial use of it without our prior written permission.
Limitation of liability.
The site is provided as is. We are not liable for loss arising from using the site, relying on information shown on it, or a temporary outage. Allergen and ingredient information depends on the dish and the day, so if you have any allergy concern, speak to the team at the restaurant rather than relying on the site alone. The site may link to third-party services (such as Waze or social networks) that are outside our control.
Changes, governing law, and jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version applies once published, and the 'last updated' date at the foot of the page is the source of truth. These terms and your use of the site are governed solely by Israeli law, and the courts of Haifa hold exclusive jurisdiction. For any question, write to events@terrace.co.il or call 04-847-3333.
