Reservations are requests, not bookings.
When you fill out the reserve form on this site, you're sending us a request. Our team reads it, calls or emails back the same day, and confirms the details. The booking only locks once we've confirmed by phone.
Cancellation.
Free cancellation up to 3 hours before the reserved time. After that we hold the table; please call rather than no-show.
House.
We reserve the right to refuse service in line with house rules. Outside cakes and other guest-supplied food need prior coordination, see the events FAQ.
Disputes.
These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of Haifa hold jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this site or the reservation flow.
Updates.
We update this page when the policy changes; the 'last updated' date below is the source of truth.
