ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility.

We aim for everyone to be able to read the menu and book a table.

Standard.

We target WCAG 2.1 level AA. Every public route is verified by an automated accessibility test (axe-core) on every build, in both Hebrew and English; the latest run reports zero violations against the WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 A and AA rule sets.

Keyboard.

Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard. Visible focus rings on all controls; the time scrubber on the reserve page supports the full ARIA slider key set (arrow keys, Home, End, Page Up, Page Down, Shift with arrows).

Screen readers.

Manual passes on NVDA (Hebrew) and VoiceOver (English). The auto-demo on the reserve page carries a polite live-region announcement and a visible Skip control. Route transitions announce the destination via a live region and restore focus to the main landmark when the curtain settles.

Reduced motion.

Visitors whose system requests reduced motion get fades in place of slide-in animations, and the GSAP-pinned chef stage on the about page hides itself in favour of a simple two-card grid.
