What we collect.
Name, phone, email, party size, time, and seating zone, only what's needed to confirm the booking. The events form adds the event date, type, guest count, and a free-text notes field.
How we use it.
Two emails per submission: one to the events team to action the request, one to you as a receipt. The data flows through Resend (an email delivery service) for transport and lives in our regular mailboxes after.
What we don't do.
No tracking cookies, no analytics, no third-party advertising scripts. The site sets one short-lived sessionStorage flag for the auto-demo on the reserve page; that is the entirety of the client-side state we keep.
Server logs.
Standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) is retained for up to 30 days for spam protection. Beyond that window the logs roll over.
Your data, your call.
Email events@terrace.co.il to ask what we have on file or to delete it. We respond within 30 days.
