The events form adds the event date, type, and guest count. We also keep technical request metadata (IP address, browser type, and a timestamp). The basis for processing is the consent you give when you send the form and the need to provide the service you asked for.
Giving us your data is up to you.

Sharing with third parties.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. To operate, we rely on service providers: Resend, the email service our submissions pass through (its servers may sit outside Israel, including in the United States), and, when enabled, a rate-limiting service that guards against abuse and an error-monitoring service (Sentry) that receives a technical report when something fails on the server — the request id and error code only, never the form's contents (its servers too may sit outside Israel). In future, when we connect reservations to Tabit, it will act as a further data processor for the purpose of making the booking, and we will update this policy accordingly.
How long we keep it.
Reservation and inquiry records are kept for retention period, for example 24 months and then deleted or archived. Technical server logs are kept for up to 30 days for spam protection and then deleted.
