Three ways
to one table.

Every package covers the room rental, a dedicated team, a menu built with the chefs, and a welcome cocktail. Wine, full bar, and extras are picked à la carte.

    Chef's Table

    12—18 guests around a single oak table at the edge of the salon. The menu is built on the day of the booking from whatever arrived at the market. Chaim or Ziko plate the courses themselves.

    Terrace-only buyout, 24—36 guests above the Bahá'í Gardens. Sunset at 17:42 in June. Three-course choice menu, full bar, custom playlist.

  • Inner salon

    — 28 SEATS · STONE VAULT · WARM ACOUSTICS

    A vaulted room with original Haifa stone walls, three long tables, and a single bronze chandelier. Intimate, suited to business dinners and family gatherings.

  • View terrace

    — 24 SEATS · OPEN ROOF · DIRECT GARDEN VIEW

    The restaurant's original terrace, with a living green wall and a fabric canopy that opens. Best for receptions, civil ceremonies, and golden-hour cocktails.

  • Cocktail bar

    — 14 SEATS · MIXOLOGY COUNTER · INTIMATE

    An L-shaped stone bar with 14 high seats. Right for a quieter bachelor or bachelorette night, a book club dinner, or a select reception with bespoke cocktails.

  • Kitchen room

    — 8 SEATS · SINGLE OAK TABLE · WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE

    A single table facing the open prep counter. A one-on-one cooking workshop with the chefs — starters, hand-cut pasta, or desserts. Sundays only, 16:00–20:00.

What you'll want to know.

  • How far ahead should we book?

    Events over 20 guests — 21 days minimum. Chef's Table and workshops — two weeks. The terrace fills fast in summer (June—September), so the earlier the better.

  • Can we bring an outside birthday cake?

    Yes, with prior coordination and a valid kashrut certificate (dairy only, Rabbinate supervision). We can also bake one — Ziko makes signature event cakes.

  • How do you handle allergies and dietary needs?

    There is a dedicated field in the booking form. The kitchen is dairy and fish, no meat. Gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-free dishes are all available with 48 hours' notice.

  • Can we theme the room ourselves?

    On Full Buyout — yes, with your designer or our suggestions. On the terrace — light decor (flowers, candles, signs) is fine. In the salon — less, so other guests aren't disturbed.
